Ducat 1665 (Brandenburg-Prussia)

I was offered an interesting rare coin.

But I am little suspicious about it’s authenticity. Any thoughts?

Interesting coin… 🤔 It looks good to me but there is a known similar piece exists that looks very close to it.

Could be just the same die though. But anyway I would recommend to perform an additional in-person expertise.

Honestly I’m leaning towards authenticity of this coin. After more closer look I think it’s the same dies and not a copy. I still don’t like the color but it could be just a bad photos. And since coin is not cheap I recommend an additional in-person examination before buying it! 😉
